RESTAURANT MENU BUILDER

Terms of Use

These terms describe use of Restaurant menu builder and paid access to its functions.

1. Service provider

The service is provided by the individual entrepreneur დმიტრიი ერმოლაევ, registered in Georgia, identification number 105579357. Address: Apartment 8, 4 Vakhtang Chabukiani Street, Tbilisi, Georgia. Support: ermolaevd@gmail.com; Telegram: @jumpy_de.

2. The service

Restaurant menu builder helps create dish catalogs and designed menus with prices, photos and your own translations, import XLSX / CSV and export PDFs for standard printing or print shops. You can upload the resulting PDF to your own website. A subscription does not automatically include a hosted guest website, online ordering or translation services.

The service is primarily intended for venues creating their menus. Mandatory rights remain available where a user qualifies as a consumer in a particular transaction.

3. Account and security

Provide a current email and keep your sign-in details secure. New email registration requires verification. Google sign-in uses the checks associated with that method. If acting for a venue or another person, make sure you are authorised. Report suspected unauthorised access to support.

4. Free and paid access

A free account can create one catalog and one menu in that catalog, edit content and export the first three pages of its own menu. A subscription supports up to three catalogs and up to five menus in each, and complete PDF export without a page-count limit. Additional technical upload and operation limits may be displayed in the interface.

The demo and two published sample PDFs are available without registration or payment. A promo code may grant access for its specified period without a payment card; the particular code conditions are displayed when it is applied.

5. Price, payment and renewal

The current price, currency, provider and subscription period are shown on the pricing page, in the subscription dialog and before payment confirmation with the provider. The available option depends on connection country rather than interface language. Review the full charge and billing period before paying.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Paid access starts after provider confirmation; returning from checkout is not itself payment confirmation. If charged without receiving access, refresh payment status and contact support before paying again. Provider terms apply to payment processing.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Cancel renewal through subscription management in the service or with the provider used for your purchase. Access remains available until the end of the paid period. Contact support before the next charge if you have trouble cancelling. Deleting your builder account should not be treated as confirmation that a provider subscription has been cancelled.

Cancelling future renewal and refunding an existing charge are separate actions. To request a refund, email ermolaevd@gmail.com with your account email, payment date, provider, transaction reference and reason. Do not send full card details or CVV. We review the transaction and access-delivery circumstances individually, subject to mandatory buyer rights. These terms do not establish an additional unconditional voluntary refund period. Approval and the provider’s return of funds are separate steps; settlement timing depends on the provider and bank.

Mandatory buyer rights remain unaffected. If Georgian consumer law gives you a withdrawal right for your distance purchase, the general period is 14 calendar days from conclusion of the contract, subject to statutory exceptions. Send an unambiguous withdrawal statement to our email with your name, purchase details and contact information. Exporting a PDF does not automatically remove withdrawal rights; applicable exceptions and any required consents are assessed separately. Other mandatory rights applicable to your purchase also remain unaffected.

7. Your content

Rights in uploaded text, photos, translations and other content remain with you or their respective rights holders. You are responsible for having the permissions needed to upload and use those materials. You allow the technical processing, storage and inclusion of materials in previews and exports to the extent needed to provide your menu functions.

Saving a menu does not authorise the operator to publish it as advertising or a public sample. Such promotional use requires separate permission.

8. Permitted use and limitations

Do not use the service for unlawful content, infringement of others’ rights, attempts to access other accounts, bypassing paid access, malicious files or excessive load. Technical security limits apply to requests and operations.

Before printing or publishing a PDF, review prices, descriptions, translations, photos and layout. Preview and export assist document preparation but do not verify the accuracy of your information. Support does not constitute a promise of 24-hour responses or uninterrupted service.

9. Data, deletion and support

Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete your account in your profile; first save files you need and check cancellation of provider renewal. You manage your own copies of previously downloaded PDFs.

When reporting a problem, explain what happened, what you expected, your browser and device. Limit attachments to what is needed for diagnosis.

10. Changes and applicable rights

The operator is based in Georgia. Mandatory rules applying to a particular user and transaction override any inconsistent provision. These terms do not exclude statutory remedies or access to a competent authority or court.

Revisions carry a new date and do not retrospectively turn an already paid period into a different plan. Material changes requiring notice or acceptance are handled separately. You can report a dispute to our contact email without restricting other statutory remedies.
